Over the course of the past year, we’ve established a new content marketing and optimization team, establishing a responsive experience and developing a content vision and strategy. While we are far from done, I’ll share the building blocks we are using and some of the initial outputs from this year, including customer journeys, A/B testing, and different personalization strategies.
