Keynote: Working Out Loud: Intrinsic motivation for changing how we all work

The essence of Working Out Loud is building your network based, in part, on work that you make visible. It’s the conventional wisdom about relationships combined with the power and reach of the Internet. Working out loud gives individuals greater access to learning and more opportunities, and thus more control over their career and life. It gives the firm a more open, connected culture while improving the digital literacy of its staff.

But why don’t more people do it?

Because, just like the need to eat well and exercise, most people don’t yet have the habit of working out loud.

In this talk, you’ll learn about working out loud and how to spread the practice across your organization to make work more effective and fulfilling. The ideas are drawn from Working Out Loud (June 2015) & Working Out Loud circles that are putting the ideas into practice in 11 countries.
